Further, both Delamare Estate (Cheshunt) Limited (Company number 00511696) and Emira Developments Limited (Company number 13908017) were placed into Administration pursuant to paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 6 November 2023. Robert Armstrong and Steven Muncaster were also appointed as Joint Administrators over these entities.
The Companies ceased to trade following the appointment of the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators are currently undertaking their statutory duties following the appointments and working with industry experts to maximise realisations within the estates.
